  • A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

  • Your electronic or physical signature.

How to Submit Your Request

Email your takedown request to dmca@residencyaffidavit.com. Our designated copyright agent will review and address your request. Promptness is a cornerstone of our approach, and while we endeavor to review and resolve these issues swiftly, please give us a reasonable amount of time to process your request thoroughly.

Our Commitment

Upon receipt of a valid takedown request, Residency Affidavit will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We also take steps to notify the content provider who posted the allegedly infringing material, giving them the opportunity to respond with a counter-notice under DMCA guidelines.
